Can you believe it! The Flat-fold’s cousin just hit town. Yep...meet the Fold-up.
The fold-up is not quite as classy as his cousin the Flat-fold but he can sure do a lot to increase your finishing choices.
This little finishing technique will soon become a favorite of yours. The reason is because you can do so much with this guy. There are so many ways to finish him.
The main feature of the Fold-up is that it lays flat and can hold anywhere from one to six stitch designs on one fold up. So if you are doing a calendar, for example, you only need two fold-ups to hold the whole year.

If you are stitching the four seasons you can add them all on the same fold-up and then just reverse the fold up to change seasons.
I think you are going to love the new guy in town. Remember though, just like his cousin the Flat-fold, he arrived here first. This is the “original” fold-up and, yes, you are going to love him. Check out the fold-ups pictured below.
