Ordering

Retail:

I accept Paypal: If you choose to pay using Paypal you will need to let me know what you would like along with your location and I will send you a Merchant invoice that you can submit your payment from. Please do not send any payment unless you receive an invoice from me first.

I accept Visa and Master card. You can send your information over three or four e-mails or call me at (209) 772-3895 with the information. I do not "store" credit card numbers on my server, nor do I "transmit" or "share" your information in any way.

If you prefer to send a personal check you can do that also but your order will be held until payment is received.

Shipping costs:

US Priority and US Global Priority (if available) unless you request a different US Postal Service.

Please be aware that any duties and/or taxes that might be assessed by Customs on your shipment will be your responsibility.

Sales Tax: I will collect California state sales tax when shipping to any locations within California.

Handling Charges: There are never any handling charges.

Wholesale:

Any retailer that is interested in carrying my finishing books and/or designs can purchase them directly from me. There is a 3 order minimum per title required to receive the wholesale discount.

I will gladly accept your check but your order will be held until your check arrives.

Shipping charges: I will ship US Priority mail or if you request it I will ship US Media mail. Media mail takes longer but is significantly less costly. Shipping will be billed as close-to-cost as possible and no handling charges will ever be charged.

International shipping: I will ship US Priority Global unless requested otherwise. Please be aware that any duties and/or taxes that are assessed by Customs on your shipment will be your responsibility.
