Shipping & Delivery
All shipping within the continental United States will be billed at $4.95 and shipped via United States postal service. Currently international orders can not be made through the store but only via email to me via the contact us page. I will then figure shipping costs and send you a direct PayPal invoice. Orders will be shipped out on Friday of each week. Insurance is available at additional cost and is recommended. Unless insurance is purchased I cannot be responsible for lost packages. An order will not go out until it is complete. If any item you purchased is back ordered or delayed for any reason I shall contact you.
Privacy & Security
Privacy and security are taken very seriously. I do not share my client's information with anyone. I do not sell email addresses nor do I affiliate with any marketing agencies or web tracking services. Your data is only used within the store for shipping purposes. I store no credit cards or other payment information. I use PayPal for all payments and only they have your financial information. I never see it.
Returns & Replacements
Charts and PDF’s are not refundable once they leave this shop. If you change your mind about an order prior to my sending or mailing out please contact me personally. I will be happy to work with you. Customer satisfaction is my top priority; therefore I will do whatever I can to make sure you are in no way dissatisfied with your purchases. Please contact me if you are unhappy and I will make arrangements to refund or exchange your goods. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, you are responsible for the return postage, and the good must be in new/unused condition.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
PayPal is one of the easiest ways to pay for your order. Through PayPal you may use your PayPal account balance, credit card, debit card and check payment. I reserve the right to change the cost of any item, at any time. However, once you place an order the price will remain as ordered. I will have JAT rewards, gift certificates, contest prizes and other promotions on occasion. All promotions will have expiration dates and these dates will be strictly adhered to.
Viewing Orders
All the details of your orders can be viewed by signing into your account and you must have an account in order to purchase items and leave product reviews.
Updating Account Information
Updating your account information is quick and easy. Just click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page, sign in and you will see your account information. You can then click on the section you wish to change. You can handle your Password, Contact Information, Address Book for all your shipping and billing addressed. On the left you will see your Order history as well as Product Reviews, Product Tags, and your wish list.
